Job Requirements

3+ years HVAC install experience is required.
Must be proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation.
Must understand refrigerant and refrigerant cycles, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record.
Must pass a Background check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends required.
Must possess good work ethics, must be reliable and have good customer service skills.
Performs other duties as assigned.
