Sarasota, FL Air Conditioning CompanyOur History
All American Heating and Cooling is a family owned and operated air conditioning company that has been providing dependable service since 1985. Our founder, William D. Miccichi, has worked in the HVAC industry even longer — since 1973. Today, William’s son, Curtis Miccichi, has taken the reigns of the company to continue the family business. Our decades of experience have taught us to treat each customer like family and to always make sure we do the job right the first time. We back this promise with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
We provide a full selection of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems to ensure your year-round comfort. Each system is carefully selected to be quiet and energy efficient. We carry the highest quality brand for our air conditioning company, Trane. We also stock filters and other media that have been designed to work at maximum efficiency with our systems. We install new registers to solve the problem of hot or cold rooms due to unbalanced airflow. To help you maximize your energy savings, we also carry programmable thermostats. Professional installation by our experienced HVAC contractors is available for all of our products. We can replace an existing system, add a new one to a home without heating or cooling, or install the first system in brand new construction. Financing is available, with approved credit, on all products.
HVAC systems are complicated and will eventually need repairs. If your system has gone out completely, we offer 24/7 emergency service to restore your comfort as quickly as possible. We prefer to fix potential problems before they start and save you from a more expensive repair whenever possible. That is why we offer a 17 point inspection of your heating and cooling systems that includes cleaning and minor repairs.
For even further savings, take advantage of our annual maintenance plan. When on our plan, you will receive an annual inspection by one of our HVAC contractors as well as priority service if anything goes wrong with your system during the year. If you’d like more information on our maintenance plan, need a repair, or want an estimate for a new system, contact us. We’ll show you why customers have depended on us since 1985.
